Nobody has a realistic sounding accordion.

You can kinda fake it by messing with midi expression but it still sounds fake.

I want something that sounds like Lawrence Welk playing polkas.

My friend Tom performs in polka bands and makes polka records.  He also has a company called Polkasound that has a large assortment of polka accordion virtual instruments.  And other instruments too, like tubas, concertinas, etc.    They are all very reasonably priced. Check it out!
