Product Manager won’t redownload ezdrummer3 core library for install

My ezdrummer3 core library will not download using the product manager. I tried deleting everything and re-installing, but now it says that the product manager could not create a folder. Any ideas on how I can just download this WITHOUT using the product manager as it is the only problem I am dealing with currently.

No, you need product manager.

Hi,

could you please elaborate?
What do you mean with ‘deleted everything’?
And did you re-download the Product Manager application and re-install this or is it the EZD3 Core library you mean?
Are you running the Product Manager application as Admin?
Are there any error messages you can take a screen shot of and paste in a post here?

It’s probably the download location in PM Options that is the problem. Resetting it to default may help.
