Product Manager wont let me download my midi packs.

I go to download my midi packs and it says download complete, but still shows the red install product icon. They are not showing up in the grooves either of SD3. Any help will be greatly appreciated

Sure. Download and Installation are two steps. When the Download is complete, the Installation Button appears. Just Click it and the product will be installed. Very easy
