Product Manager will not open

Hi,
Product Manager is installed on my new iMac OS Sierra. When I go to My Products in my account I am reverted back to “Install Product Manager” PC or MAC.
I have EZD,DFH, and EZD2 and need to make these programs happen ASAP. Please help. Thank you. -Steven

Have you started the Product Manager application after installing it? It’s in Applications > Toontrack.
