I’d like to update my EZKeys Grand Piano and the three sound expansions. But every time I click install any of the four updates, I get a warning:
- “This update installs 64-bit-only software. You have a 32-bit version of the software installed. If you have a 32-bit DAW (host), this new version won’t be possible to use in that DAW.” (and see attached pic).
I have only 32-bit installed?? But when I launch EZ Keys, I see it’s a 64-bit plugin (from the About EZ Keys box):
- EZkeys plug-in version 1.2.5 (build 19958) [64-bit AAX]
Core MIDI Library version 1.3.0
- SOUND LIBRARIES
GRAND PIANO version 1.0.4
STUDIO GRAND version 1.0.0
UPRIGHT PIANO version 1.0.2
VINTAGE UPRIGHT version 1.0.0
I’m confused about how/if I should update. Please advise. Thanks. (BTW, I use Pro Tools 2018.12.)
