Product Manager NOT reliable.

I currently have an issue with Product Manager.
Online, it shows that I have 5 products that have a big red button saying “Mark As Installed”. On my Product Manager app, those items are marked as “Up To Date”, with the exception of my Superior Drummer 3 libraries. Part one says “Up To Date”, while parts 2-4 and the “additional bleed” simply say “installed”.

I have downloaded these and installed them, as instructed, but it makes no difference. I still have the red “Mark As Installed” button. Loggin in and out makes no difference.

All seems to be working OK, but I can’t be sure that everything really IS up to date!

Also, The side menu on my Product Manager app is no longer the same as the online version. The App no longer shows what IS installed and what ISN’T.

Hi,

please just use the Toontrack Product Manager Application. The web interface has no way of knowing what you have installed or not, unless you manually mark it as installed.
Plus, if you download stuff from the web interface and manually run installers from the Finder/Explorer, you may actually face a message that the installer in question is too old for your current OS, which doesn’t happen when you use the PM App.

Your screen shot from the PM looks right to me.
The 1 product you have that isn’t installed could be one that isn’t possible to install, e.g. EZdrummer 2 if you have EZdrummer 3 installed.
