Product Manager is JUNK! Please help with installing Core Drumer Libraries!

I can’t download and install EZ Drummer 3 “Core” drum library. I have had the WORST LUCK with the product manager with every Toontrack product I have ever owned!! I submitted a post to Tech Support but I got a e-mail back saying THREE TO FIVE DAYS!!!!
