Product Manager installer not opening

Hi,

I’m trying to open the Product Manager installer on Windows 10, but nothing happens after having clicked on the .exe file and having given my agreement to windows for the installer to bring modifications on my system. I’ve tried again after rebooting my computer and it still doesn’t work.

Since I can’t access to my purchase, can somebody help me please?

Hi,

to clarify; it is the PM installer that seems like it does nothing, it is not the actual Product Manager Application?

You do not have a shortcut to the app or a Toontrack folder among your Programs?
