Product Manager down

I can’t download the libraries from product manager, also the updates failed to download.  I could downloaded EZDrummer 3 upgrade from the website, but the Core Library is only downloadable from the product manager which failed to do so. Do you have a link I can use to download EZ Drummer 3 core library?

I tried to uninstall EZ Drummer 2 to get the last update, as per suggestion on this forum, but I the uninstall button is greyed out. I still can not download the Core Library and Midi Pack update for EZD2.

Yes, we have noticed issues with that earlier, but recently when we tested (on a fully updated Monterey system) it worked with iCloud Private Relay on, so perhaps it would help to update macOS?

Holly cow, it was that damned iCloud Private Relay that messed up the downloads!

Disabled it, and everything is fine. Hope it helps those with downloading problems on Mac.

Thanks TT for their support, this time they nailed it. I had the problem for months and stayed without answer til today!
