Product manager doesn’t work on Windows XP, how to download new products then?

I’m using a big Protools HD rigg with a special buildt PC in my studio. It runs on XP servicepack2. I recently purchased a new Toontrack product but I can’t download it because I can’t download the product manager. I can’t get access to my account at all. I’m not going to by any new computer in a while because it’s specially built for the pci-cards for my PT HD system. greatful for help!
