Product Manager cannot be found

Dears,

I am from Germany and bought the EZ Drummer2. Today I several times tried to get connection to the Product Manager, but my computer (new HP Laptop)

denies to open this:     cds f5z4k8q3 hwcdn net.

What can I do also in order not to spend hours by hours to make EZ drummer working. Honestly speaking I am thought already to throw it away and work again with Steinberg “Groove Agent”.

Who can help on the short run?

Hi,

the most fast and convenient way to download, install and Authorise EZdrummer 2 is to use the Product Manager so if it is possible for you to disable or make some kind of rule exception for the CDN in the software that is preventing connection, it would be best. Have you tried visiting the PM Preferences and disabling any proxies?

You can of course download via the Web interface here on the sire if you click ‘My Account > My Products’.
