Problems with using the Product Manager

Hi!

Just purchased three new product from TT, but I don´t manage to instal the PM properly.

I double clic on the install icon and follow the instructions. But I don´t get to the site where my products are.

Can you help me?

Did you order from the Toontrack webshop? What was your order number? Did you get an order confirmation email or invoice with your serial numbers?

Did you start the Product Manager after installing it? It’s in Mac HD > Applications > Toontrack.
