Is anybody home?????] I posted this over the weekend–any other way to contact support?
I can’t seem to reinstall EZDrummer on my Mac G5 OS10.4.11. I’ve been using EZDrummer and Superior for quite awhile in Digital Performer–I’m on v.7 .2 of that app. Everything’s been working fine until yesterday when in the middle of a project I got the spinning beachball and did a forced restart. When I booted back up I could open EZD and Superior but EZD could not find the sounds folder–on another drive. I own Nashville, Funkmaster, Percussion, & Twisted kit. I tried to reinstall EZDrummer but after downloading the TT106 EZdrummer MAC file I got an error message when I tried to install it. I noticed under “custom install” that the AUEZD and EZD files listed “0 bytes”–only the RTAS listed content. I have attached a jpg of the installer page. Anyhow, thanks for your help in advance–I’m really out of business until I can get this stuff working again. BTW when I run the “Sound Mover” installer I never see the actual “Sound Mover” application.
