I don’t know what you googled so I’ll start out by stating this sounds like a Windows error on a desktop computer that is not joined to a domain. The first thing I’d try would be to go to the file, hold down the shift key and right click. Select “Run As Administrator”. Enter your local user account name and the password for that account if prompted. Try that first, if you still have issues such as not knowing what your account name is or if you set a password and can’t remember it we’ll walk you through it. Also clarify your OS version (open a command prompt and type “winver”) and the user accounts associated with your workstation (open a command prompt and type “net user”) at that time.
