Hello,
I’ve re-installed my EZD on a new PC (origin version 1.1.1 on win 7-64), I’ve followed the procedure to obtained a new Authorisation code (by add authorisation in “my product” on my register area).
But at each time I open EZD it ask me the code!!. The code is not memorised after closing EZD.
the 2nd pb is that The authorisation of my JAZZ EXD is failed.
Thank for your help.

Hello,
I’ve installed the upgrage V1.3.2 and now my authorisation is right. My problem seem solved, but,
in the v1.3.2, we must install the v32bit before install the v64bit, but there is a trouble, because the 32 and 64bit dll file have the same name (ezdrummer.dll) and it is not possible to install the two version in the same vst directory.
Is it possible to install the dll file 64 bit in an other directory, rename it (ezdrumme64b.dll ie) and paste it in the same VST diretory with the 32 bit ezdrummer.dll.

Hi,
the dll files must absolutely not be renamed or moved post install. They have the same name yes, but the 32-bit dll file Defaults to a ‘Program Files(x86)’ path and the 64-bit dll Defaults to a ‘Program Files’ 64-bit components specific path by design.
You do not need to have 32-bit and 64-bit VST dll’s in the same location, in fact I wouldn’t recommend it.
You point your 64-bit host to the 64-bit dll location and your 32-bit host to the 32-bit dll location.
