Hello
first sorry for my bad english
im using Ntrack (64b) for a while, and purchased some Toontrack products like EzMix and Ezdrummer.
My problem is when i play EzDrumm from the host, i noticed that it loses some strokes.
Please, take a look at my video:

when i play the same part from the VSFt inside Ezdrummer it looks fine.
Could be problem from the side of Ntrack?
My station is intel i7, 8gb ram, ssd…
and tried 33ms, and more of buffering
Hi,
unfortunately Ntrack is not on the supported hosts list and I have no experience with it.
Are you updated to EZdrummer 2.1.6?
From your screen shot I can see that you have a sound card control panel but what are the buffer size settings inside your host (Ntrack)?

John

Hello
im on the lastest version of ntrack.
im 24bits of recording with this options…
maybe could be latency?
could be 24bits and 48khz of recording?
thanks in advance.
Hi,
sorry but my Spanish isn’t good either. Having a Session/Project that is 24bit/48kHz would be perfectly normal, so no issue there.
I would try to increase the ‘Memorias intermedias’ and the playback buffer on the right hand side; ‘Almacena pesado’.
Hang on… now I see that you are using the 32-bit version of EZdrummer 2, right? But you write that you are using the 64-bit version of Ntrack, which would mean that the Track host is wrapping the 32-bit plugin and that is not supported and will most likely lead to issues.
If you are using a 64-bit host, you absolutely need to use the 64-bit version of the plugin.
To find its location, you can launch the 64-bit standalone of EZdrummer 2 and then click the Help Menu > Show Plug-In path.
This location is where your host should look for EZdrummer 2.

John

oh sorry, sometimes i forgot that i need to use english over my Personal Computer.
here is an attachement in english
good point about my Pluggin in 32bits.
youre correct, im ussing Ntrack studio 64bits and Ezdrummer (and ezmix) 64 bits, but i dont know why my Daw is ussing 32bits pluggin.
i asked to Flavio from Ntrack and he told me that maybe your pluggin dont accept 64bits signals….

im sure that i find EzDrumm plugg in the correct path and is 64bits..
and of course, i have enabled Ntrack 64 bits
i was thinking in the first step the same way, that was a bad function mixing 32b plugging with 64b Daw…
Ah, EzMix also is working 32b
i think there is no problem with this, but i will test it slowly
Of course, thank you for this support
OK,
the path to your VST Plugins in your screen shot is the correct for the 64-bit versions. The 32-bit versions are installed in the ‘Program Files (x86)’ sub path.
What is peculiar is that the screen shot of EZmix2, where I can see that it is the 64-bit version loaded but Track seems to handle it as a 32-bit plugin.
Sorry I can’t give you any help but rather raise more questions but Ntrack is totally unknown for me.

John
