Problem Updating to 2.1.4

    Hi,

    does the Product Manager tell you it’s updated?
    If you click on the EZdrummer 2 product, Show Details and then Installation info, what does it say?
    You should have an entry at the bottom of the Downloads tab with Updates. Can you click that and Download?

    Here’s what I see on the Product Manager…no readily apparent way to tell if it’s updated.

    I’ve snooped around right clicking everything in sight to no avail. I know EZDrummer is running version 2.0.2 though, as that’s what’s in the bottom right corner of the EZDrummer 2 window when I use the software. This is what pops up in the “About EZDrummer 2” window:

    EZdrummer plug-in version 2.0.2 (build 9590) [64-bit VST]
    Standalone host version 2.0.2 (build 9590)

    SOUND LIBRARIES
    EZdrummer 2 Modern version 1.0.2
    EZdrummer 2 Vintage version 1.0.2
    Metal Machine version 1.5.2

    MIDI LIBRARIES
    EZdrummer 2 Modern/Vintage version 1.0.1
    EZdrummer 2 Percussion version 1.0.1
    EZX Metal Machine version 1.5.0

    I’m not seeing any of the options you suggested. I’m on a Mac, if that makes any difference.

    Hi,

    that screen shot shows the Product Manager installer disk image. I need you to launch the Product Manager application, found in Applications/Toontrack.
    I attach a screen shot of my Installation Info tab for EZdrummer 2. There is an Updates tab right next to it, where you should be able to click ‘Download’ on the latest update and then ‘Install’.
