    Okay.

I bought this from a 3rd party official provider, as the Toontrack ‘Buy Download’ link just refreshes the page.

Now it says I need to authorise the product.

How do I do this please?

Fk. They don’t make this easy, do they?

Okay, I’ve downloaded the thing, but the manual is saying I need to open in my host apploication to get the authorization code (I have the serial number).

So how do I open this in Logic pro?

I’ve tried the insert for the channel strip, but that just gives me the usual list i.e. amps, delay, distortion, dynamics, etc.

    please help somebody?

    Hi,

when the product is registered to your Toontrack account, you:

Write down/Copy the Computer ID presented to you on the EZmix Auth screen
Click Authorize on your EZmix product page in your account
Enter the Computer ID and an optional computer label and generate the Auth code.
This code you enter on the EZmix Auth screen on your computer.

IOW, it is exactly the same process as with your other Toontrack products.

To Insert in Logic, please click on the Inserts slot and go to > Audio Units > Toontrack > EZmix

    Best Regards,
    John

    Hi John

I’ve registered and installed the product, but cannot locate the Computer ID anywhere.

    Where can I find this.

I’m up and running once I have this, but simply cannot locate it.

Aside from this, please note that you cannot buy the product direct from your website. The screen just reloads when you hit ‘buy download’.

I bought this from one of your third party suppliers.

Just need the Computer ID and I’m up and running?

You just need to fire up the EZmix plug-in and
it will ask to be authorized and it will present the machine ID.
If you cannot find a way to start up EZmix in your sequencer
then the installation has failed. Or you don’t know how your
    sequencer works 😉

I think the installation must have failed, as I’m only getting the Apple option in audio units.

I do know how my software works.

    I’m sorted.

    Thanks Guys.

I just needed to reboot Logic.

    One other question.

I now have this available in Logic, but not Mainstage 2.

It should be the same process.

Insert – Audio Units – Toontrack – EZMix

    Ha. I’m sorted.

    Closed Logic.

Opened Mainstage again and it was there.

    Thanks Guys.
