[Pro Tools] Vintage Drums drum-to-key midi chart?

I have the Vintage Rock kit set up in PT using the MultiOut Template and was preparing to try some recording when I realized that I don’t know which midi keyboard notes correspond to all of the various drums, cymbals, etc. Does this exist anywhere out there?

Hmm, I don’t see it in the Toontrack Solo and the EZD interface doesn’t seem to have a Help Menu that I can locate.
