Pro Tools MP9 states EZD is not authorised to run

    can you please start with posting a screen shot of the unauthorized screen?

    Hello John, Thanks for the reply. Before I post a screenshot, do you need to see the computer id codes or can I block them / send them to ToonTrack less publicly?

    The interface in your screen pic is of EZdrummer 1 and not EZdrummer 2. My guess is that your Pro Tools is still picking up a path to EZdrummer 1 and not EZdrummer 2. Have you installed the 32-bit EZdrummer 2? When you say you can ‘open EZD2 directly’, I’m guessing you are able to open the 64-bit EZdrummer 2 which has a different install location than the 32-bit version. Your version of Pro Tools is 32-bit. Try running the 32-bit EZdrummer 2 installer and it should overwrite the EZdrummer 1 version.
