Pro Tools 8 and EZdrummer issue

I’m at my wits end. I have a new Computer and have reinstalled Pro Tools and EZDrummer.

I am running Pro Tools 8.0.4 on a New MacBook Pro with OSX Version 10.6.5

I create a Stereo INSTRUMENT track and Insert the EZDRUMMER plugin.

Ezdrummer opens, no problem.

If I want to listen to a GROOVE, I choose a grove and his play on the EZDRUMMER interface.

Here’s the problem. The only thing I hear is the snare. That’s it. Nothing else.

Even if I set it up for MULTICHANNEL operation. Same thing.

I’ve just about seen every video on YOUTUBE, and I can’t solve the issue.

If I use Xpand2 for drums…. No Problem…. EZDrummer…. No can do.

Anybody can offer some insight?

… looking at what sounds are provided by the update I am pretty certain you have not installed the full product first – reinstall from disc or alternatively download the full product by clicking the big red ‘MAC’ button in your Toontrack account (after selecting EZdrummer on the right hand side).
