Pro tools 10 added presets not loading

I have reinstalled the plugins and the the presets like 5 times a piece but my added presets will not load in pro tools. But they load in stand alone?

Hi,

which version number is displayed in the interface when you load it in standalone? Is it the same in Pro Tools?
Which OS are you on? Exact Pro Tools version?
