Pop Punk EZX Triggering Timbale instead of Snare

Hello,

Using the EZ Drummer 2 Modern > Basic kit, I dragged in some midi files from the stock EZdrummer Libraries & N.Y. – Volume 1 add on pack. Then when I switched the kit to the Pop Punk EZX “Basic” setting/kit, and instead of the snare, it’s playing the timbale in some sections. Do I really need to fix this manually? or is there some type of setting that prevents this?

Interesting issue. EZD2 will not remap anything for you. The core instruments in a kit will always translate from one EZX to another, but the exclusive sounds that each EZX comes with will conflict with other EZX exclusive sounds when it comes to midi mapping.

I don’t have the exact EZX/Midi packs to recreate your issue. If I happen to be wrong hopefully an admin will correct me.
