    TOONTRACK ARE THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

    I purchased 8 EZ Keys Expansion packs that never worked.

    My password and account were not recognised.

    Email resets never worked.

    They issued temporary passwords but the resets still never worked.

    The Password Manager wouldnt work.

    They sent me several links but they wouldnt work.

    Then I WAS able to download the PM but the products wouldnt download.

    I gave up for a few weeks and recontacted them and went through it all again..nothing would work.

    The last time I wrote to them was October 2020 (today is 1st October 2021)..

    I went onto the site today and password is still not working but my temp one is, so i tried everything again..

    GUESS WHAT??

    STILL NOT FUCKING WORKING.

    I have 8 products bought and paid for that ive never been able to use.

    The first one would download but not install, the rest would not even download…what a surprise.

    THIS HAS BEEN GOING FOR NEARLY 2 YEARS.

    I NEVER USE EZ KEYS BECAUSE I HATE THE STOCK SOUNDS, AND CANT INSTALL THE PRODUCTS I WASTED MY FUCKING MONEY ON.

    TOONTRACK ARE A TOTAL RIP OFF.

    AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    AWFUL WEBSITE.

    JUST UTTER, UTTER RUBBISH.
