Poduct Manager File Download error

I just purchased the Lead Vocal EZmix pack and upon installing it says I need to the latest Ezmix update. When I downloaded the Product Manager it said it needed to update and revamp so I let it. If this is the latest version why wont the pack install to my PC?

EZmix2 expansion packs require the full EZmix2 product to load.
