PM says Reggae Midi ready to use, not showing in EZ Drummer

Running High Sierra OS, EZ Drummer 2, uninstalled and then downloaded latest Product Manager, all of my products are up to date and ready to use and can be accessed in EZ Drummer 2 except the Reggae MIDI pack I just purchased?

It’s the Search tab in EZdrummer 2. It’s called Grooves in Superior Drummer 3, so they are sometimes unintentionally mixed up in our answers here on the forum 🙂

No it’s not there

It keeps coming up with Config File Error yet on Product Manager it says it’s all ready to use

It’s says “Uninstaller is not optimised for your mac. This app needs to be updated by the developer to improve compatibility”

It seems you have not used the Product Manager application. After downloading it, you need to install it and launch it. It can be found in Applications > Toontrack.
