We have fixed this bug for the next update. Can’t say exactly when it will be released but it’s not very far off.

Is it possible to roll back to version 1.1.7 where I wasn’t having this issue until the fix is released? It’s been months now. Thanks.

Bump. As Pink Floyd wonders in The Wall: Is anybody out there…? This known/acknowledged TT issue from months and months ago is such a creativity killer. The opposite of what music-making should be.

Not sure if this is related. I used the audio tracker to make a part. Now, while I edit it, anything I do (Eg; add a note, move a note, change a note length) the grid moves itself back to the very center instead of staying where I’m working. Literally any action in the grid basically takes me to an empty part of the grid. Also, when I do actually place a note, and it’s near another note, it won’t place the note where I put it. It will instead, move the note just before the new one, and place the new one where the previous note moved from.

I am new to using this program. But this HAS to be bugs, right? There can’t be some feature that would do this stuff right? It sounds soooo good, but it’s basically unusable in this state.

    Hi, Olof,

This week will be three months since this fix has been in the wings waiting for the next update… how far off is “not very far off”? :-/

My issue doesn’t involve the audio tracker. It’s a midi issue. I can’t see  how they would be related.

Yes sorry, I thought it would be ready sooner but it isn’t yet, it has been much delayed because of other development.

The audio tracker writes midi. My issue is with the midi that’s been written. Specifically altering that midi.  I’m not positive, but I still think our issues are related.

Yes, if you’re working with Midi that’s in the song track, it could definitely be related. As you may have read I’ve been waiting three months for a fix. It’s such a creativity killer.

Yes! I’ve been flummoxed over it. It’s absolutely a creativity killer. It’s a shame because the program and its articulations sound wonderful compared to what I can program in ableton. But it takes FOREVER to make simple changes to what the audio analyzer wrote.

Bump. Hello? Why is TT ‘customer service’ like a black hole? It’s now been 5 months since TT replicated this issue and acknowledged this flaw as a known issue. So disappointing. No wonder TT keeps these forums from prospective customers and makes them post-sale only.
