Playing E-drums through SD3.0 – how to increase monitor levels

Hi,

I am on an iMac with SD 3.0. and am using Logic Pro X.  I’m using Roland TD-30 V-drums routed via midi into SD 3.0 as a software instrument in Logic Pro.

My issue is getting a higher monitor level on the drum sounds alone. My TD-30 module is not in question since I’m routed into Logic by Midi.

I can always turn things up by increasing my headphones but then everything turns up too high.  Am I missing something ?

There’s a couple of ways you can do this. First is from within the SD 3 plugin. At the bottom right of the main window there is a volume fader that you can drag up. The second approach is to open the mixer in Logic and find the master fader for whichever track SD3 is assigned to and drag the fader up for that.
