PLAY MIDI TRACK WHILE USING GRID EDITOR

dear All who reads this 🙂

 

I can upload midi track in bandmate, but when I want to add a drum part from scratch using the grid editor, I cannot hear the play back of the midi track, so it is impossible to program drums.

I do not have DAW software, so I want to be able to do this only using EZDrummer 3.

is this possible? any tips and tricks? 🙂

The purpose of Bandmate is to take your audio or MIDI and come up with a matching drum groove.

For what you wish to do, you will need a DAW. There are plenty of them widely available, such as Reaper.
