I have two orders in my account that have NOT been finalized. They are marked as “Pending Payment”. Orders #3410104 and #3331470
My credit card company insists that the payments have been authorised by them, and by myself, via my credit card’s app.
WHY is Toontrack still claiming that payment has not been made?
WHY does Toontrack NOT have ANY customer support that I can call with this issue.
The Support FAQ insists on me giving details an serial numbers for software I do not yet own, so the automated system will not let me contact support.
There is NO email address that I can find, and NO phone number. I did manage, I think, to get one message through, but I have had ZERO response. Neither have I had a response from Toontrack’s Facebook page!
I have over 120 Toontrack products to date and I think it is the least they could do to provide some proper support to customers when an issue arises that is NOT product related!

You can simply fill out the support form as best you can, it’s not necessary to enter real serial numbers or complete every field. Just enter placeholder text where needed, and your message will still reach us.

Thanks. I did that in the end but, it was not easy to navigate for someone who’s never had to do it.
why can’t you just have some simple customer service contact info. A straightforward email address, a phone number, or a live chat, with humans at the end of it.
For what Toontrack charge for things, and as much as I love the products, the customer service should definitely be better. I’ve never had problems with my products, just the sales and accounting side of it, and it’s THAT department that is hardest to get a hold of!
