PAyment and Dowload Issues

Hi there,
I purchased some MIDI packs last night and I see from my account that the payment came off twice, also i haven’t had any email to confirm my purchase with an ref number. Your payment page was very slow last night. I’m happy to get other midi files for the second payment but can you tell me how I can download them.

Also can you email me at getdavehere@gmail.com so i can sort this out as I can get through to you any other way.
