Paying customer with Issues with non-compatibility

My computer is not compatible with EZ Drummer 3, so I can not use the Black Metal midi pack that I bought either. So, I basically spent over $200 for nothing. Can I please get a refund or some guidance on how I can use what I paid for?

What’s happening? In what way is EZD ‘not compatible’?

Considering that your signature is showing that you are using Sonoma, there should be no compatibility issues with EZ Drummer 3. My computer works with no issues with EZ Drummer 3. Perhaps be a little more specific as to what’s happening so we can help.
