partial download vs. physical copy, metal foundry

What exactly is the difference between the downloadable, ”partial” version and the actual physical version? In other words, why is it ”partial”??

Hi,

the full product is simply too big to download, it is delivered on DVD’s.
The partial download is the equivalent of 1 DVD and will let you start using the SDX right away, albeit with a limited set of tools and drums.

I bought today sd2 + Metal Foundry sdx via download (partial download) and got indeed only a part of the samples directly available. This said, I did not received any mail mentioning a DVD delivery. Do I have to take further steps to get it or will it automatically be sent by post mail?
