If you’re bouncing individual channels of a preset, they are bounced without any processing. Chances are, the OH channel has some processing on it.

    Thanks for the help.

I was bouncing all the tracks together.  But I took off the processing just in case.  There was an EQ plug on the OH channel and a compressor on the Out 1/2.  But removing them didn’t address the issue.

I also boosted the OH track from 0db to 12db.  It’s routed to an OH bus.  I boosted the OH bus from 0db to 12db.  No impact.

    Any ideas?

Again If you’re bouncing separate tracks, there is no processing. This is why the OH is low. You would need to apply processing to the tracks within your DAW in this case.

Bouncing the output tracks will apply processing

Sorry, I understood your advice.  I just mis-applied it.

So when you say that “processing” is not applied when you render individual tracks, I’m guessing you include fader gain settings too right?  Because making fader changes doesn’t seem to have any effect either.  I originally thought you just meant plugins.

And if that’s right, how does SD3 determine the volume level of the rendered tracks?  I guess it’s the volume level of the original samples?

    Thanks.
