Options in EZBass vanish immediately after selecting

Hello, 

I have bought EZbass for use in FL Studio 10. When loading the instrument via Fruity wrapper it basically works, instead of one major thing:

If I select anything in the top of the window (file, edit, track,… EZbass Modern, Clean DI), it flashes the options for some milliseconds and then the menu disappears.

I can only click on the top right arrows to switch the bass presets or clicking on effects and tuning works.

Please help, I dont know how to solve this. It is a rather new version, just bought it 2 weeks ago or so.

EZbass version: 1.0.8
Operating system: Windows 7

Another problem, maybe has to do with this, the selected Bass type isn’t saved, the VST resets itself every time I open a project with a selected bass type.
