    macOS 10.15.7 (Catalina)

    I opened Product Manager today and was informed there’s an update for Rock Solid EZX.  When. I ran through the update process, during the installation, I got the error message “One or more required files are missing – the format of this EZX is not compatible with this update.  Please reinstall the full product before applying this update.”

    So I downloaded the full installer via Product Manager, but when I open the installer dmg, the installer.app icon is crossed out.  If I try to click on it, it tells me “Installer.app needs to be updated.”

    Please advise.

    Try running the installer from Product Manager instead of clicking on the .dmg disk image.

    Click Show Details, open the small menu to the right of the full installer, select Install from the menu. Is that what you’ve done and nothing happens?
