Old PC is about to Blow

I recently purchased EZDrummer 3 MIDI Edition and downloaded on a PC that is about to poop out, how do I go about removing it from the old PC and loading it onto my new much improved PC?

Install the Toontrack Product Manager on the new computer.

Open it and log into it with your Toontrack account credentials.

Download, install, and authorize from inside the Product Manager.

You can also remove the old computer authorization from the new computer in Product Manager.
