Offline PC install

Toontrack claims I can install EZD3 onto an offline PC, yet details on how to do so are nonexistent.  There’s plenty of info on how to authorize offline but nothing about installing.  Can someone please help a bro out?

I have purchased, downloaded and installed EZD3 and the core library onto my online laptop using the product manager.  Now I need to somehow install the downloaded files onto my offline PC using a flash drive or external hard drive then follow the offline authorization procedure.  But for the life of me I can’t figure out how to get the files to download on my offline PC.

Please help!  I’ve been working on this for a week.  Toontrack tech support has been no help
