we always include a certain amount of extra space for all installation as part of the system specs, because you would need the space for the archive, as well as the space as the uncompressed version (depending on system), and of course the space the product takes if using the same drive to download and install.
Anyway, all that to say that 200MB probably does not cover the most extreme scenario, and I doubt many users would run into any problems, but then again I have seen some rather amusing install errors in my time, so we have to cover this scenario 😉
