NOTE END on EZKEYS 2 midi

so i copy and past midi clips from ezkeys 2 midi onto ableton live with other vst’s and even on a ezkeys 2 track and if i don’t have another clip right after one the note just keep sounding.   i am guessing it is because a note off signal has not happened.  is there a way to stop this at the end of a midi clip

Hope this helps, but in Ableton you can edit you CC data (Continuous Controller data), look for “sustain”, and draw an “off” command. I’m a Cubase guy, so you might have to check your manual for editing CC data. Again, hope this helps.
