Not Showing My Purchase

I just purchased a couple of products from Toontrack, and while I got the registration and receipt emails at michael_r_fisher.com, the Product Manager and website are not showing that I have any purchases.

How can I get my stuff?

Your invoice should contain serial numbers for your purchaded. Those can be registered to your account via Product Manager.
