Not Showing in Pro Tools plug-ins

Hi there I need help.  Superior Drummer is only showing on my audiosuite.  It’s not on my task plug-ins.  I can’t insert it as plug-in on a track.  It’s not there.  I’m using Pro Tools 11. Please help

It should be inserted on a stereo instrument track. Is that the track type you are trying to insert it on?

No. Pro Tools 10 isn’t 64-bit and S3 only runs in a 64-bit host.

I just updated My Superior Drummer 3 to version 3.2.4 from 3.1.4.

Pro tools is telling me to uninstall and reinstall.

How do I do this?

Superior Drummer will generate that message when its plug-in isn’t where it’s expected to be.

Could you check to see if /Users/$yourname$/Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins/Superior Drummer 3.aaxplugin exists? (there shouldn’t be one there)

And then check to see if:

/Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins/Superior Drummer 3.aaxplugin exists ( I hope there’s one there)

Could you post a get info for each of those here (if they exist)?

Actually  all I had to do restart Pro Tools and it did the update itself. Thanks for getting back to me
