Not seeing EZ Keys 2 plugin

Hi All,

I’m running ProTools Artist v2024.6.0 on a 2019 MacBook Pro 16″ with OS Sonoma 14.6.1.

I’m not seeing EZ Keys 2 as a plug-in after installation.

Any troubleshooting steps?  What am I doing wrong?

Feel free to go back to the basics re explanation as I’m an advanced-novice at best…

Ezkeys isn’t an effect plugin. It should be listed when you load a stereo instrument track.

That’s what I did.  I created a stereo instrument track.  It’s not showing up.  Other EZ products are visable (bass, drums, Mix)… not Keys or Keys 2…

It could be other things. When you installed, did you do a custom install and check the AAX version install?

Scott, thanks for your quick responses. I did a full uninstall of ProTools and then reinstalled it.  EZ Keys and EZ K2 now show up.  Must have been the ghost in the machine.
