I am abled to login on the toontrack website. When I attempt to login to Product Manager with the same credentials, the login fails.
Again .. same here.. was happening.. stopped, then started again.. have contacted support a second time.. they usually respond quickly.
Same here. I’ve reinstalled twice, checked for updates – Logged out and back in but the error remains the same, only mine says ” An unknown error has occurred”
Also getting the Unknown Error Has Occurred message here.
I have the same Product Manager error and I am having trouble installing a newly purchased application.
The web team is looking into it. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please stand by.

- I am able to log in to the website with the same credentials without any issue.
- I tried reinstalling the application but the problem persists.
- Checked if Toontrack Product Manager is not blocked by the firewall.
- Event log of Windows shows nothing out of the ordinary in regards to the Toontrack Product Manager.
- There are no proxies defined in the Options.
- The Product Manager’s Error log shows nothing.

Reason: Added OS
In this case, log in to the website and change your password, try one without special characters and see if that works.

That worked, but why has it changed?
Because I had a password with special characters before. In fact at the start of June it was all working perfectly.
Same here. Obviously a bug in the web API the product manager is using (because it worked before and login on website still works). Please provide a fix and don’t ask users to change their passwords.
STILL NO FIX!!!!
Unfortunately, I am facing the very same issue.
Changing passwords, reinstalling – none has worked.
This is a huge problem – I cannot see how this is not a top priority issue,
as people simply cannot use the products that they payed good money for!
It is november now and I got the same problem here after updating to 1.1.6 (build 42669).
Any help, any fixes?
