Hi,
I haven’t used SD3 for awhile and now I can’t log in on the website or into product manager. I have the correct e-mail and the correct password.
The next problem is that the company worked for went bankrupt so my e-mail is closed so I cannot use the “I forgot my password” option. I created a new account to be able to post in here. On the e-mail I plan on using for Toontrack.
I already sent a request to the support team for a “Toontrack account issue”. Hopefully that will work.
So my question is:
If this will not work and I would go for the “License transfer” for 15euros, then can I transfer the license without having to have access to my old and closed e-mail?
I kind of do not wanna spend that money for that is it of no use.
