Noob MIDI Mapping Question

I recently added another cymbal pad to my Roland kit using a TD-9 module. I would like to assign one cymbal as a crash and the other as a splash. Right now both pads trigger the same crash cymbal. Is what I’m wanting to do even possible with EZD 2 and if so how do I go about it?

It isn’t possible in EZD2, mapping and trigger assignement should be done within the TD-9.
