Basically, I got EZdrummer in a package with PreSonus StudioOne Artist 2, and a PreSonus Audiobox USB and on the installer for EZdrummer is on the same CD as the StudioOne installer. So all went well when it came to installing everything but then when I tried to use EZdrummer it asked me to authorize the product. No big deal right? Well when I go to register the product it asks for a serial number. A number I don’t have. I’m not sure if I ever had it, but I don’t have the box anymore, just the CD and the Auidobox user manual. I tried using the CD key that came with my StudioOne CD but that didn’t get me anywhere. Is there anything I can do to prove that I paid for this? Or will I never get to use this program?
