No resources seem to have been installed! Please reinstall Superior Drummer 3

Issue#1: SD3 resource error

OS: Mac OS Catalina 10.15.5

Installed: Product Manager, EZDrummer 2, Superior Drummer 3 crossgrade.

Tried: Uninstall/reinstall of SD3 and PM.

Summary: Product Manager shows all SD3 resources installed. VST, AU, AAX, Standalone. ~/Library/Application Support/Toontrack/Superior Drummer 3 folder exists with files.

Run the SD 3.1.7 installer again, it may fix it. Resources are installed to /Library/Application Support/Toontrack/Superior Drummer 3.

Re-downloaded and reinstalled a couple times. Opened a support ticket and was told to run in terminal and send results:

Delete the file /Users/Shared/Toontrack/Preferences/com.toontrack.superior3.plist (it’s not a valid plist, that’s the problem) and then run the 3.1.7 installer.

Hi:

I am getting the same “No resources seem to have been installed!” error message.

I cleared out the preferences, version 3.2.3 is installed but, when I try to re-install the libraries, I’m prompted that I need to upgrade to version 3.0.0.
