Bought Superior Drummer 3 yesterday, installed it, just installed the first of the sound libraries today and now I have graphics but I see there are no presets whatsoever. What gives??? I only have Default kits. I don’t have any artist presets, mixer presets, individual drum presets etc…. all of which I can see in videos online. Looking at the default directories for the presets they are all empty. So…. what do I need to do to get the presets and why do I have to post on here to find out how? A customer shouldn’t have to go on a forum to find out why the product is missing functions from day 1 :-/ Certainly this could be done waaaay easier… like every other software out there.

Going back into the Product Manager and expanding “Details” then showed the “Sound Library Update & Preset for Windows”. Really Toontrack??? Could you not incorporate this into the main download? $400 software and I have to stay up late trying to figure out wtf is wrong just to find out you buried it in a download somewhere that wasn’t obvious? Not cool.
