For example: I have created a drum loop via playing my TD-17 into SD3 via a Audio Unit on a Midi track in Ableton Live 10. I would like to automate (well anything) but specifically the Ambiance channel’s level. I click (Configure) in Live and it says click the parameter in the plugin but nothing.

I also have tried the Midi lean function in SD3 which also renders no results. I can track Midi drums all day via recording the clips but how can I utilize multiple automation on any parameter in SD3.

It’s odd to me that I cannot find an answer anywhere online.

    Thank you!

Check out the section in the manual on Macro Controls; https://www.toontrack.com/manual/superior-drummer-3/8

Basically you assign a control within SD3 to a macro and the macro is exposed to your DAW for automation.
